Description
Have you ever wondered what effects religion and spirituality had on you as a kid and growing up?
Most of our most cherished religious beliefs and spiritual ideals were programmed into our minds and bodies long before we had the ability to question them, or to think clearly about the ideas being presented to us.
This workshop addresses the physical tensions stored in your body, and how those relate to your ideas and behaviors about religion and spirituality.
Carl Jung once said that regardless of whether you had a religious family, if you grew up in a Christian-dominant country, you still have the repression from it in your body, in your sexuality, and in your behavior.
It doesn’t take a private investigator to see that Jung was right.
If you want freedom, a deep sense of authentic appreciation for your life, and the ability to see the beauty and magnificence in each experience you move through, you’ve got to abandon your religious and spiritual beliefs and aspirations.
In order to see the value in what is, you’ve got to stop believing in what isn’t.
This workshop will help you trade in your spiritual trinkets for silence, peace, relaxation, and appreciation of yourself and your life–as you are now…not once you reach some imagined state of spiritual perfection.
See you on the inside.
